Ok for a short stay.
The proximity to the public transportation, restaurants etc.
The breakfast was not good at all. The omlet was made of egg powder or something. Even the regular cheese was not good. Vegies could be fresher. The room is dark. It took us time to understand how to use the lights etc. Once turned on the fan hanging from the ceiling, the 2 lights hanging besides the bad start to move and bash against the wall.

Excellent - definitely recommended.
All the staff, from the housekeeping, welcome desk, to breakfast staff, were great, hotel was clean and provided everything you could want, including bottled water (in non fully plastic bottles), coffee, and welcome sweets in the room. Breakfast was excellent. Good location.
parking was for a fee of 50 shekels per day, still cheaper than you could find in public parking, but would be better if guests had a better discount maybe. The fact that everything was controlled by an electric panel in the room (lights and blinds etc) made it slightly awkward at times.
